“The service was fine (once a driver arrived to take us to our destination). It should be made clear when booking that it is a not the type of service where a private driver meets you inside the terminal and takes you to a car to drive you to your destination. It is a taxi representative whom you telephone once you have your bags and who then finds you inside the terminal to show you to an outdoor location (where we stood for 10+ minutes in chilly weather) to wait for your driver to arrive.”
